The Semeniuk Lab currently works with multiple species, both native and invasive to the Great Lakes. We have previously collaborated with Dr. Trevor Pitcher to examine the relationship between Atlantic salmon behaviour, stress physiology, and parr mark colouration. We have worked extensively with different populations of Yellow perch, and are currently examining Round goby behaviour in the GLIER aquatic facility.
In addition to Great Lakes research, we collaborate with John and Anne Heath at Yellow Island Aquaculture Limited (YIAL) studying Chinook salmon behaviour at multiple life stages.
